Recently, the China Economic Education and Research Network (www.cenet.org.cn) reprinted an article from the “Theory Platform” of Tsinghua University entitled “Chinese Stories in the Authoritative Journal The Economic Journal at a Glance”. The author made statistics on the articles containing Chinese stories published by The Economic Journal, a top journal in the field of economics. The results showed that the most influential articles (the top ten cited articles since the founding of the journal), the articles of Prof. Yu Miaojie of Liaoning University ranked third. For the most influential articles in the past decade (the top ten cited articles in the past decade), Prof. Yu Miaojie of Liaoning University ranked second.
Prof. Yu Miaojie published his paper named “Processing Trade, Tariff Reduction and Firm Productivity: Evidence from Chinese Firms” in the journal in July 2014, with 678 citations on Google Scholar.
